  • City tax
    These taxes are paid in full to the Municipality of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Tourist Office. They are not included in the room rate.
    2.50 € or 26 DHS/ per night/ per person, to be paid on arrival in cash only (Euros or Dirham )
  • Reception in our Suites

    Rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
    Depending on availability, the room may be kept until 2pm, subject to payment of a €30 supplement.
    A minimum of 2 nights is required to reserve at the Riad.
    Children under 3 stay free of charge in their parents' room. Baby cots must be requested at the time of booking. Children aged 3 to 12 must pay €20 per night to stay in the parents' room.
    In application of Moroccan law, customers will be asked to fill in a police form on arrival. To do this, they will be asked to show proof of identity.
    Pets are not allowed in the Riad.
    Please note that smoking is permitted only on the terrace and patio, provided it does not inconvenience other guests.
  • Booking, cancellation and refund conditions.
    30% deposit to be paid on booking. Non-refundable.
    Only the payment of the deposit can guarantee your reservation.
    Deferral of the deposit in the form of a credit note is possible if the request is made by e-mail more than 30 days before the initial reservation date.
    Cancellation free of charge up to 45 days before date of booking, after which the deposit will not be refunded.
    All cancellations made less than 8 days before the arrival date must be paid in full. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
    All cancellation requests must be notified by e-mail.
  • Terms of payment
    The balance of the reservation must be paid 30 days before arrival by bank transfer, credit card or cash (euro or dirhams) on arrival at the Riad.
    For an exclusive reservation (the whole RIAD), 3 nights minimum, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested at the time of booking to confirm and finalize the reservation.
    Payment for extras will be made on departure, in cash only (euros or dirhams).
    Your credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. It will not be debited, but will only serve as a reservation guarantee for your stay.
  • Rates
    Prices for booking services are indicated before and at the time of booking.
    The prices indicated are per room and per night, for the number of person(s) and the dates selected, according to the rates in force during the period of stay.
    Prices are confirmed to the customer in Euros and Moroccan Dirhams.
    All reservations, whatever their origin, are payable in Moroccan Dirham or Euros.
    Tourist tax and additional services (cot, extra bed, dinner, transfers, etc.) are payable directly on site in cash.
    Prices include VAT applicable on the day of booking, and any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
    Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
    Riad Afous will indicate the total amount of the stay booked when confirming the customer's reservation. Services ordered and consumed during the stay will not be included. These must be paid for on site.
    Certain promotional offers that may be available on the Internet are sold exclusively on the Internet and under no circumstances at the hotel reception.
